Big Brother 8 Week 4 Veto (Spoiler Alert)

As you already know, because you either read my earlier post, or saw the show this Sunday, Jen and Kail are nominated for eviction. Also, I told you that Dustin has planned on possibly back dooring Zach. Well, there were some interesting developments and a new alliance has surfaced, called the LNC(Late Night Crew).

The LNC consists of Dustin, Amber, Dick, Daniele, Eric, Jessica, and Jameka. It is named such for the reasons that the name suggests; they are all always up late at night talking and they decided to align for the time being.

Back to the Power of Veto. Jen pulled out Jameka’s ball vote in the veto competition, which didn’t seem like much of a problem for anyone until Jameka said she would use the veto on Jen if she won it.

Jameka then went on to explain how she felt that God had Jen pick her ball so she could play for her and win the veto. Her explanation didn’t sit well with anyone(especially Evil Dick), but the alliance accepted her choice because they didn’t want to cause a rift within their newly formed group.

As it turns out, Jameka did end up winning the veto, and the forced the LNC to have a meeting of the mindst to decide if they were still going with Zach as the replacement. After about 2 hours of talking in the HOH room they slowly decided it would be better to back door Nick because of very convincing arguments from Dick, and strangely enough Daniele.

Once they decided Nick was the one to be back doored Jameka felt it would be best for them to stay in small groups of 2 or 3 to make sure once Nick realized he was being back doored he didn’t corner anyone and go crazy on them.

The Veto ceremony took place today (Monday) and Nick was chosen the replacement as the LNC had planned. Personally, I thought Nick took the nomination pretty well. He didn’t yell or smash things or even cause fights. He did have a few words with Dustin, saying he had balls to back door him since Dustin assured Nick he’d be safe that week, but in the end he said it didn’t matter because he was ok with the move.

For the most part Nick just sat around the rest of the afternoon the house looking bug eyed and bewildered.

The one time he didn’t look confused and lost was when in what I like to call his “declaration of unaffectedness” he decided to well…look at the picture below.

There was also a nice fight between Dick and Jen with alot of it being to graphic to repeat so I’ll leave that editing job up to TPTB at CBS to edit that into something watchable for eviction night.
