Reality Roll Call

Winner of reality competition show Big Brother All Stars, and alumni of BB2, Mike “Boogie” Malin was arrested in Denver, Colorado earlier in the week for allegedy assaulting a waitress at a sports bar, according to website, The Smoking Gun.

Malin was in Denver for the Rockies-Red Sox World Series when he was arrested. Boogie, a New Hampshire native, was reported to be wearing a Red Sox away jersey when his mug shot was taken.

This is not Mike’s first run in with the law. In 1996, Boogie, who then was going by the name Michael Carri, was charged with five misdemeanors for breaking into the set of the movie, Batman and Robin, and illegally obtaining pictures and video of the film. The videotape was sold to Inside Edition.
