ABC Looking for Dancers For All The Right Moves

Do you “HAVE ALL THE RIGHT MOVES,” and want to win a ton of money on a dance show? If so, ABC’s new competition show, ALL THE RIGHT MOVES, is for you!

You don’t have to be a trained dancer to take home the cash. All you need is lots of energy and the willingness to leave it all out on the dance floor.

We are looking for fun, outgoing, energetic contestants 18 and over to dance up a storm. Remember, dancing experience is not required–the only requirement is that you love to dance! If you are the life of the party, boogie down at bar mitzvahs, or get wild at weddings, then we want you!!!

If you are at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S. resident but can’t make it to an audition, please follow the instructions below.

TO BE CONSIDERED AS A CONTESTANT:

1. Review eligibility requirements.

2. Make an up to 5-minute personal videotape.

3. Download an application. Be sure to fill it out completely and sign it.

4. Download a release form. Be sure to fill it out completely and sign it.

5. Send your tape, signed application, and signed release (collectively “Application Materials”) all together to our contestant department at the address listed below.

MAKING YOUR VIDEOTAPE:

Making a videotape audition for the program is very easy. Make us an up to 5-minute tape that tells us a little about yourself and your dancing skills. Be creative, show us your personality — tell us what makes you unique. Please start with your name and hometown. There is no “right” or “wrong” thing to say on your tape, we just want to get to know you. After you tell us a little bit about yourself feel free to let loose and dance! If you know several dance styles, here’s your chance to showcase them — SHOW US WHAT YOU’VE GOT!

Make sure we can see and hear you clearly. Label the tape with your name, address and phone number. We can only accept VHS tapes (The ones that fit in your VCR) or mini-DV tapes. Transferring your camcorder tape to VHS can be accomplished easily. Use the Red, White, and Yellow cables that come with your camera to connect it to your VCR. Push play on your camera, and Record on your VCR. Please run a test and make sure your transfer worked properly.

Be Kind, Rewind. Rewinding your tape to the beginning greatly increases our fondness for you. INCLUDE A RECENT PHOTO: Please enclose a recent personal photo of each person with your Application Materials. Make sure your photo(s) are clearly labeled with your names and phone numbers on the back. It is best, though not mandatory to send 2 clear photos of each person — one close up and one full body. No photos or Application Materials will be returned and all photos and Application Materials submitted become the property of the Producer.
