Todd Herzog Wins Survivor: China

Congratulations to Todd Herzog of Utah for being the winner of the 15th season of CBS’s hit reality show Survivor.

Todd literally outplayed his opponents from the very first day, being the brains behind many plots that sent the friends he made on the island in China to the jury. The final three contestants were his long-time alliance members, Courtney and Amanda. During the live voting, Courtney came in second and Amanda got one vote.

Other winners were America’s favorite gravedigger, James, who won $100,000 for being voted the most popular player of the season, and lunch lady Denise, who was actually demoted from her $7.00 an hour job serving lunch at her local elementary school, to janitor. She was told the reason for the demotion was because her new found recognizability made her too much of a distraction. Who else but but Denise would have the fame of making it to the final four of Survivor turn into a demotion to a toilet cleaner? Fortunately, Survivor creator Mark Burnett decided to change her streak of mediocre luck into good fortune by giving her $50,000.
