According to Star Magazine, 9 year-old Julian Corrie Broadus, a child that rapper Snoop Dogg had outside of marriage, would love to be a part of his new E! reality show, “Father Hood”.
The boy, who hasn’t seen his father since 2003, says he would love to be included in the reality show, if no other reason, than to get to know the rest of his family. “I should be on the show, but I’m not,” the proven son of Calvin Broadus says. And it would be nice to see Snoop step up to the plate and be a father in deed and name to all of his children.
According to Star, Julian’s mother Laurie Halmond says that she has known Snoop since high school and the two were involved until she found out over the radio that he had gotten married to Shante. Despite saying that she wanted nothing more to do with him, they got together three months later, and as a result, she became pregnant with Julian.
At first, Laurie says, Snoop manned-up and was there for their son, but stopped seeing him in 2003. In June of 2007, she went to court to establish paternity and then asked Snoop to spend more time with their child. She said he seemed sincere when he said that he would, but he has yet to back up his word.
