“Little People Big World Star” Found Not Guilty
Faith W | January 12, 2008Matt Roloff, star of the TLC reality show Little People, Big World was found not guilty of DUI by a Washington County, Oregon judge on January 10th, after the jury for the case was dismissed for violation court rules.
The jury on the case deliberated three hours before going home for the evening on Wednesday. When they returned the next day, they asked questions that led the judge to conclude that they had looked up legal terms on the internet, one of the things they were specifically instructed not to do.
After the jury was dismissed, Roloff dismissed his right to a jury trial, and petitioned the judge for a directed verdict. The judge found Mr. Roloff not guilty.
