A lot more time and energy in the media is spent reporting on the douchebaggery of the Hogan Family than on the actual person suffering. This is a video that has been released of John Graziano, who was critically injured in a car accident in which Nick Bollea was driving.

I don’t understand why there is a reason for a lawsuit. I think Hogan’s have been more than helpful. When you don’t have a chance to think about your comments things come out. Acceidents happen EVERYDAY. It’s life. Boys will be boys but Nick didn’t wake up that morning and say I’m gonna ruins John’s life today. What happened happend. It connot be changed. John made the decision to get in that car, and if he didn’t like Nick’s driving he wouldn’t of got in it. It’s unfortunate this happened to John but got god’s sake…give it up already. Nothing can change what happened. Nick’s family are great, caring people. Teenage boys like to drive fast, they like to drink…if it didnt happen with Nick, it was bound to happen sooner or later. John could have died, and everything happens for a reason. It it was not meant to be this way John wouldn’t be in the stage he is in. I hope everyone can just grow up in the matter. Accidents happen, and they are called accidents for a reason. Nick has to live with this for the rest of his life also. So put yourself if thier shoes.
I think that this is a terrible case of misuse with a motor vehicle and that is the understatement. Not every body understands the consequences of what they do, especially if they are in a position when they are hanging out with their friends and everything’s going fun. I believe they were both very irresponsible, and that was the cause of this ordeal. Nick was very ignorant, and so was John. It’s the law, you must wear a seat belt for your safety! It’s very important! And there are speed limit signs for a reason! Follow the Law and you’ll be okay! I think they were both really naive and it makes me sick to my stomach knowing they would be fine with the ‘fast and furious.’ You guys also need to blame the media! They poison your mind with lies, and the truths are always hidden. Movies like fast and furious and gone in 60 seconds are good movies, but some people get way to in to it. Like the columbine incident, they supposedly watched the matrix and it made people think it was okay to shoot up place. The world is full of mistakes, and nobody is perfect. If nick is really sorry then i do forgive him, but if he’s a publicity douchebag i do believe that he should burn in hell. Forgive and forget, or burn in hell…you choose…
Alot of shit has been said about nick’s irresponsibility, but I can’t help wonder if we are forgetting that there were two people in that car making decisions. Are we forgiving John becuz he got hurt worse?

I feel that Nick was known for driving this way in fast expensive cars. I have a feeling that if Nick and John were such good friends, this probably wasn’t the first time John rode in a car with him driving this way. John probably thought it was cool to race on the street with Nick….and if the accident had never happened John would still be catching rides with him. In no way shape or form am I blaming John but kids these days need to be smarter about who they get into a car with. It wasn’t a secret that Nick had a bad driving record and was known for racing. Anyone who gets into a really fast car with a young kid with little driving experience should realize how dangerous that ride could be. Too many kids think certain actions are OK until someone gets hurt. Obviously this situation would sit better with people if Nick was the one who was more seriously hurt, and I believe he derserved to be that one. Although, I doubt that John had no clue that by getting in Nick’s car there would be speeding, possibly racing, and agressive driving taking place. At the end of the day this was a terrible thing to happen, I pray for John, and I just hope other kids learn from this…..
I like Hulk Hogan, but come on…. no 17 year old has ANY business driving a car like that…it’s like giving a 5 year old a loaded gun and telling them to go outside and play. This whole thing could have been avoided so many different ways.
I just heard that Nick got a work license, this allows him to drive for and work related reason…..does this also mean he can drive any where and time as long as he video tapes it and calls it a reality show???
I guess if you have the bucks you’re free to do as you please in life….I think Nick should have spent a little longer behind bars or at least until he learned something….like “reality”!
The Hogan Bolleas should be responsible for all John’s medical care and rehab for the rest of his life. Nick proves to be a snot nosed panzey mommy’s boy taught by his hokey joke greedy money grabbin’ poor excuse of a parent, buying his son booze incouraging him to street race. I’m sure the outcome would’ve been different if he hit innocent bystanders like Shwartzenaggers little girl. Yep, Arnie trumps over Hulk-a-shit and his bi-atches!! Unfortunately, $ triumps over justice. The 8 month sentende was a joke. Nick’s lawyer had a laugh on his face the whole time the robed idiot spoke, which again, too bad it wasn’t one of long winded judges kin!! Hulk-a-shit is now planning how to make $$ off this tragic event as he’s already placing the blame on the victim who fought 2 terms in Iraq for the cut-throat Hulks’ freedoms. Nick should’ve lost his driver’s liciense for life and this should’ve gone down on his record as a felony. The teeny-weenie bald steroid freak should also be prosecuted for buying liquor to minors which meant nothing to him. Hulkster’s penis couldn’t work for intercourse anymore after roid abuse, which removes all sexual desires, so he throws all that time into pumping up his pencil neck geek (Nick’s) ego, since it’’s a family without moral character and human decency
This is not the first time I have seen video of Graziano. But it is still gut wrenching. I agree that Nick did not set off to critically injure John. I believe John was drinking too. I have my doubts about the seatbelt thing but just seeing him makes me believe the seatbelt thing is a moot point. I find it sad that the Bolleas in their own way let this happen. My parents would not have tolerated even one speeding ticket from any of us. The first would have been the last….no car, no license. I know how the Bolleas feel about their son being in jail. Been there with my own son and it is never easy. I can only imagine the agony of the Graziano family. Once again I believe the Bolleas never wanted this to happen but the fact is, it did and it was their son behind the wheel. A minor with a rotten driving record, their car under their insurance which makes them liable. Yeah John this happens alot. But you know what, the Bolleas chose to handle this the wrong way. They decided to push the blame on a guy in a hospital bed with at least a third of his brain gone. Nick will serve his time and eventually go home to use the phone, drive a car, speak to family and friends…do everything we take for granted. The Grazianos get to play the waiting game….waiting for that phone call that says you better get down here…we think your son is going. Can you even wonder what that is like? It is horrible…knowing it will come one day and dreading to pick up the phone every time it rings. The Bolleas could have set up a trust fund from the very beginning for the medical care of John….they could have kept quiet, and had some dignity. Instead they put out their own versions of his medical condition, kept up the silly “Hogan Knows Best”, and then pushed the blame on John’s karma and that John’s mother wasn’t suffering? They dug this cesspool they are now in. What you sow, what you reap!
Hey John, shit like this does happen every day, but nobody is picking on the Hogans because they are famous. People are pissed because the Hogans are assholes, and acting like they are the ones going through more hell than the family of the guy with the hole in his head. You say that they are kind-hearted and generous, but everytime I see any of them on tv they come off as assholes, who think they are more important than they really are. They deserve to be sued.
I was a police officer for 5 years and have seen alot. I believe that Nick is guilty as charged under Florida law. It is extremely difficult to pass judgment in a case like this.. lawfully and especially morally. I believe the punishment handed down was pretty accurate considering the circumstances. The main reason why the Graziano kid is a vegetable is because he wasn’t wearing his seatbelt. Don’t be confused with what i’m saying though, this doesn’t let Nick and the Hogan family off the hook by a long shot, it is simply a big factor in the result of Graziano’s injuries, although he wasn’t driving the vehicle. I didn’t see the Forida officer charge Graziano with not wearing his seatbelt. Not to mention, i’m sure the Graziano kid was completely sober.. duh! All of us were young once and probably have stories we could tell of crazy shit that should have happened to us. I have a few stories myself. Graziano’s defense is that he wasn’t driving the car. Either way the crash was an accident but they were both at fault in reference to his injuries.. which is what this is all about right?
On my final note to the Hogan family; it shouldn’t be a surprise that if you are extremely rich and u buy your wild and popular race car driving male teenager one of the fastest street cars out there, u probably increase your chances of visting your child in the intensive care unit, jail or the graveyard! and FYI; making negative statements about the mother of the injured boy won’t help prevent the millions of dollars you are about to cough up to her when she sues your asses off in court! Well deserved!
All you people out there that keep blaming Nick and Hulk for the ACCIDENT that happened are “fools”. Nobody wanted this, it just worked out this way. The only thing that can be asked is WAS THERE A LESSON LEARNED? I have met Hulk and his family, They are kind-hearted and generous. The reason they call it an accident is b/c nobody wanted to hurt anyone else. The only reason they are getting so much bad publicity is b/c they are famous. People all around the world do the same shit everyday, but you don’t hear about b/c they aren’t in front of the camera 24/7
And now Hogan is working on a new reality show about Nick when he gets out of prison. He wants to call it something like “NEW “NICK” Bloaaaaahhhhhhh. Just take a look at the new JOHN GRAZIANO!
