MTV’s hit show THE REAL WORLD is looking for cast members for Season 22. If you want to shack up with six roommates, come on down to our OPEN CASTING CALL. Next season’s cast may have a place for you!
The requirements for an audition are simple. If you are between the ages of 18 and 24 then bring yourself, a valid ID and a recent photo to our OPEN CASTING CALL. You’ll interview with the Casting Directors and soon you could be sharing your life with millions of viewers on the next season of one of MTV’s most popular shows!
UPDATE 10/15/08: RealWorldCasting.Com is back. So if you don’t get through the casting call make a profile and try your luck at the competition. Who knows, maybe you can be the next Greg ‘Pretyboy’ Halsted….minus the arrogance and overall personality that guarantees you won’t be liked. At the very least for me and give me the insiders look at reality tv.

You shouldve asked him when he told you. But I’m assuming he will enter your name into the auditioning for the upcoming seasons.
I spoke to a casting director today. What does it mean he is going to schedule me in for season 23 or 24?
DRE you are incorrect. The second round is actually when they tell you to stay RIGHT after the group interview. When they tell you to stay, they’ll send you to a back room, take a picture of you and have you fill out a longer application that’s around 15-16pgs long. When they director says, “they would be notifying those who they selected in TWO days after the audition to let you know if you made it to the second round”, that’s a complete lie. Sorry to have to tell you all this.
Hey UM, i don’t know if ppl on this site are LYING but I went to the live audition yesterday in Berkeley, CA. I originally submitted an email w/a brief biography about myself and the location of where I wanted to audition then they emailed me back with a VIP LINE PASS and I went to the audition yesterday and filled out an application after checking-in then waited in line as they took you into groups of 10 w/one casting director. The interview was no more than 10-15minutes long for every group going in and out.
The casting director said that they would be notifying those who they selected in TWO days after the audition to let you know if you made it to the second round.
SO, the live audition is the 1st round, the call back is the 2nd.
i simply filled out an out of area request email. Brief bio and a few photos. Got an email the same day saying I advanced to the second round along with the 16 pg. app. They told me to email it back within 48 hours and I would recieve a call within 4-6 weeks if I advanced to the third round
Hey TR,no I sent in my tape since itll be awhile before they come to my area. But last season, I went to the live audition so I know lots about it. The first round is the live audition. The second round they send u to the back room to fill out the HUGE application(like u mentioned). 3rd round they call you back the next day to do a one on one interview on camera. 4th round you do another on camera interview. That’s the furthest I’ve ever gotten. Hope that helps.
