Stephen Starr is the guest judge on Top Chef

Wednesday, January 21st the Chef’testants will declare Restaurant War! In this always-anticipated episode, famed restaurateur Stephen Starr (owner of Starr Restaurant Organization) serves as guest judge for both the quickfire and the elimination challenges.

The chefs must create a tasting for Stephen to decide who will be the head chef and “owner” of each Restaurant and for the elimination round, the chef’testants must create every aspect of a restaurant in 24 hours.  When Hosea and Leah are paired up on the same team, their budding relationship heats up – but the pressure is on! Will they be able to put their emotions aside and pull together a successful restaurant in time?
