Dawn Richard is shattered by Danity Kane break up

Remaining Danity Kane member Dawn Richard is devastated by the disbanding of the group last fall. The group, which was put together by music mogul Diddy, on a season of MTV’s Making the Band, lost members Aubrey O’Day and D. Woods after they were fired. Not soon after, singer Shannon Bex quit, making Danity Kane a duo, with Richard and Aundrea Fimbres remaining.
Now that the band is history, the two young women will attempt to pull it all together and launch a new chapter in their musical careers on the next season of Making the Band, on MTV.
She told MTV.com: “You’ll see me and Drea (Fimbres) try and pick up the pieces on our own – pieces that we didn’t even make. We didn’t even break it and we’re trying to sweep it up ourselves. It changes (our situation) completely. We’re sitting here trying to make sense of it now. It’s hard. We’re put in this position that we didn’t ask to be in and we’re being told to fix it.”
The next season of Making the Band starts February 12th on MTV.

well i think to the fans of danity kane we had a special place in our heart for them and to see them break up and nobody know the reason why it really hurts and its confusin becuz the dat they brokt up they had just come from having fun on vacation so that was kind of a shocker to everyone but as diddy said aat the finale they are family and sometimes faamily needs a break from each other

I think they broke up for the worst reason ever and I also think Diddy needs to grow up and get over himself!!! haha Aubrey was part of the band and by always putting her down your the one that brought the band down too!! So you need to kix what you messed up…
I hate that they have broken up I stil believe there may b hope for them in the future because no group that good can just stop and they loved each other no matter ho nuch drama was there families never just stop being a famiy because that’s what they are no matter how much drama was there…It hurts to see them part for now but I think they’ll be back in the near future and there can never be another DanityKane ever unless they reunite..no one can take the place of Danity Kane or do what they did!!!!!

A little shake-up never hurt anybody. Look at Destiny’s Child. You girls can do it, just get in some fresh faces hungry to make Danity Kane #1 on the billboards. That’s all. Nuff said.
I hate to see Danity Kane break up but, but another mans failure is another man gain. The remanding two girls need to move on and find someoneelse who is hungry about the group, who would but every breath in there body in and for the gorup. There are plenty of girls who are just as talented who would have loved the chance that Diddy has given to these girls………… I know this because Iam one of them.
