Most people know that there are three types of Big Brother viewing experiences: watching the show on CBS,  watching  Big Brother After Dark on Showtime, and watching the live feeds. The broadcast show that airs on television three times a week tells a small fraction of the story. Here are the top 10 things network viewers need to know about Big Brother so far:

Even Jessie can't believe it and he's there.

Even Jessie can't believe it and he's there.

1. Braden,  was called a racist in Chima’s voting speech  because he got into an argument with Kevin, and called him a “beaner,” which is a derogatory term for a Mexican. This led to a blowout, and later, when explaining his foul choice of words, Braden said that he was defending himself when Kevin “got all gay hands” on him during the argument.

The irony is that Braeden’s acting resume mainly consists of  nude scenes in gay movies and television.

2. Ronnie thinks that Hitler is one of the greatest public speakers ever, and although he claims to love Hinduism he can’t stand people from India. He also confessed to being a cyber bully.

3. The strained relationship between Russell and Chima began when Russell decided that he didn’t like Chima romantically after it seemed that things may have been headed in that direction. Hell hath no fury like Chima scorned.

4. Chima repeatedly calls Russell a terrorist because his family is from Lebanon. She does it so often that production often interrupts the lives feeds, and contributes to the unpleasant experience of watching her live.

5. Chima has been trying for a couple of weeks to provoke Russell to hit her, and has mentioned this on more than one occasion to other house guests.  It’s a bit twisted that a woman who is a victim of violent crime is deliberately trying to get a man to attack her.

6. The Jessie/Natalie/Lydia triangle is more scandalous than played out on television. Although Natalie does keep Jessie on a tight leash (which is odd because she has a boyfriend), he has managed to have a lot of intimate encounters with Lydia, after all the other house guests have fallen asleep. Some of these encounters have actually required the use of a condom.

7. Lydia, is actually treated poorly most of the time by Jessie. He has actually brought her to tears while repeatedly punching her during “roughhousing”, and their relationship has driven her to cutting herself on at least one occasion.

8. Jessie has actually hit Natalie so hard on the thigh during “horseplay” that he left a mark on her. He has not apologized for either incident.

9. Jessie has not engaged in “horseplay” with the men in the house.

10. Jeff and Jordan have not done anything other than kissing, despite being the “couple” in the house.
