Patti LaBelle Gets Ready for Clash of the Choirs

It’s almost time for NBC’s competition reality show, Clash of the Choirs, which will air on December 17th. As described in an earlier post, the show will take five celebrity singers and send them back to their home town to form a choir of regular people who will compete, much in the way of American Idol.

Clash of the Choirs to Air in Time for Christmas

NBC will be airing for episodes of its newest musical reality show, Clash of the Choirs. The show will take five celebrity singers, and send them back to their home towns, where they will put together a choir of regular people.

As with most reality talent shows, the viewers will get to vote each week on which choir that they think performed best in genres ranging from pop to Christmas music. The prize will be something that will benefit the winning choir’s community, such as the renovation of a rec center.

The show will premiere on December 17, with a two-hour episode and will end on December 20.
