Casting for SUPER-MANNY Launches in California: Families Encouraged to Apply NOW for ABC’s New Parenting Show.
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 17 — The casting team of ABC’s popular parenting series SUPERNANNY is casting families for their new parenting show called SUPER-MANNY. Producers from Ricochet Television are hosting an open casting call for the show on Saturday, February 21st from 12:00PM to 4:00PM at Downtown Disney District across from the LEGO Imagination Center. So come on down and meet us!
The first installment of SUPER-MANNY, featuring licensed psychologist Mike Ruggles premiered last year. Now, the show is searching for families to work with Ruggles in their own episode. The casting team is searching for families who are lacking structure in their households; parents who have ordinary and extraordinary circumstances; blended families where both sides are seeking help; and specifically fathers who are overwhelmed with parenting. Producers are looking for families from every type of background who are ready for the opportunity of a lifetime — a visit from the world’s first “Super-Manny,” Mike Ruggles.
With an M.A. in psychology Mike has 16 years experience as a teacher and developmental therapist for children. Mike shares a number of approaches with “Supernanny” – an emphasis on structure, boundaries, and positive reinforcement. Mike also brings his own unique ideas, techniques and enthusiasm for helping parents relate to their kids. He will help your family truly change and grow; all while having fun and putting a smile on your face!
Interested moms and dads in need of help with their out of control kids should e-mail us at supernanny@ricochettelevision.com to apply NOW. Please include a recent photo of your family and daytime phone number. You can also call 877/NANNY TIME (1-877-626-6984) for more information.
