Kardashians add a chimp to their reality show

Just to add a little excitement to the next season of their reality show, the Kardashian family has added a chimpanzee to their household. I’m sure this will be a real ratings booster, because people will be tuning in to Keeping Up With the Kardashians to see if the cute little scamp will go on a rampage and rip everyone’s faces off, like Travis the chimp.

Here’s what Kim wrote on her blog about the newest hairy addition to the family:

Her name is Suzy, she is three years old, and she is a handful!

She steals our BlackBerrys and climbs up my mom’s bed.

Having a monkey is a lot of work. Suzy always has her diaper on and we are the ones who have to change it!

It’s just like having an infant but worse because Suzy runs around like a teenager! She always needs to be fed, drinks out of a bottle and she loves Capri Sun juices!

I’m trying to image a monkey running around like a teenager…nope; can’t do it. Does this mean that Kim ran around like a chimp when she was a teenager? Anyway, there is so much wrong with Kim’s monkey post (aside from the fact that it reads like it was written by a third grader), especially in light of the most recent chimpanzee news stories.

Khloe Kardashian and Rashad McCants Split. I didn’t even know they were dating

Kim Kardashian’s sister Khloe has informed her fans that she and Minnesota Timberwolves guard Rashad McCants have broken up. Khloe is on the reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and will be on the upcoming season of The Celebrity Apprentice.

Hey guys.  I wanted you all to be the first to hear the news that as of last night Rashad and I are no longer together.  Relationships are hard enough as is when you live in the same city, and he’s in a different city everyday for games. Our time together was just so limited because of both of our schedules that we decided it is best not to be in a committed relationship.  The last seven months have been great and we will definitely remain close friends.

Just know that the other day when I responded to breakup rumors, we were still together and this is not the result of either of us “finding” someone else.  It was based on a mutual discussion we had and we realized that this is what makes sense for both of us.

Sorry if I’ve confused you guys over the past few days with such contradictory posts. Today is a new day with new drama. LOL.

Fortunately, there are plenty of single pro athletes and reality stars in the sea for both of them to bounce back.

Kloe Kardashian Reveals That She is A Wuss

Maybe it wasn’t Kloe Kardashian’s intention to come off as a punk, but after telling Ryan Seacrest that her 173 minutes in jail were “terrifying,” I realized that she could probably get mugged for her shoes in broad daylight by any big-boned woman in a pair of khakis.

Kloe, who stars with her sister Kim and family in the E! reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, spent 173 minutes in jail for violating a DUI charge. On Seacrest’s radio show, she said that she was made to watch a film on how to be a good inmate. She actually didn’t spend time with the prison population, so three hours of incarceration was spent in solitary. It was kind of like a grown woman being given a “time out”. Or being sent to her room without dinner, except that it’s worse than being sent to her room. There were no ammenties!

You know, the world would be a better place if everyone who committed a crime could be scared straight by watching a film, and sitting alone for a few hours.

Bunim-Murray May Produce Project Runway

Project Runway is looking for a new producer, and reality show producer Bunim-Murray is at the top of a short list of prospects.

The fashion reality show, which will be moving from Bravo to Lifetime, has lost their current producer. Magical Elves will not be making the move to Lifetime due to project commitments stemming from a recently signed deal with NBC Universal.

Bunim-Murray, best known as the producers of the MTV reality dinosaur, The Real World, is also the producer of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the dull Living Lohan, and the rediculously drama-filled Bad Girls Club, and America’s Psychic Challenge (no comment). On a much more commendable note, they also produced the groundbreaking Autism: The Musical for HBO.

I’m getting the feeling that lovers of the old, New York-based Runway should be very, very afraid.

Brandy’s Mother is Suing the Kardashians

Sonja Norwood, mother of R&B singer Brandy and her sex-tape star brother Ray J, will being seeing The Kardashians in court in February.

Norwood is suing Kim and all her siblings for allegedly racking up over $120,000 in authorized charges on her credit card back when Kim worked as her personal assistant and Ray J’s co-star in 2006 and 2007. For the record, the Kardashians vehemently deny the charges. The case goes to court February 9, 2009.

Brandy was last seen as a judge on America’s Got Talent, Kim and her family can been seen every week on the reality show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians on E! Ray J can be seen sitting at home, watching his sex tape, and wondering why it didn’t revive his career.
