Just a reminder to catch Making His Band tonight at 10:00  PM on MTV. Diddy is known for being a lot of things; a producer, designer, and entrepeneur, but a lot of people probably wonder if he can actually sing. Diddy’s “Making His Band” Debuts Tonight on MTV

Music mogul and businessman Sean “Diddy” Combs clearly likes to look for his talent through reality television. We have seen him put together several bands (Da Band, Danity Kane, and Day 26) and we’ve seen him hire his assistants (I Want to Work for Diddy) on prime-time cable TV. Tonight he begins his video Craigslist-like search for his own back up band in “Making His Band,” at 10pm on MTV.

In this clip, Diddy and his crew dicuss which auditioning background singers will be making the cut. Diddy makes it clear that whether you are a man or a woman, if you’re going to share his stage your weave better be tight:
