MYSPACE TEAMS UP WITH NBC AND FREMANTLEMEDIA ENTERPRISES TO FIND NEXT BREAKTHROUGH PERFORMER ON “AMERICA’S GOT TALENT”
MySpace Users Invited to Upload Talent Videos For the Chance to Appear In Special Broadcast Episode
UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. – May 1, 2009 – MySpace, the world’s premier social portal, is teaming up once again with NBC and FremantleMedia Enterprises on the hit summer series “America’s Got Talent” which premieres Tuesday, June 23 (9-11p.m. ET) and will continue Wednesday, June 24 (9-10p.m. ET). While the show has already traveled to several major cities around the country, MySpace will open up the search to every corner of America. MySpace users and aspiring contestants will again have the opportunity to audition for the current season of the show by uploading videos showcasing their talents at a special “America’s Got Talent” community hosted by MySpace at http://myspace.com/americasgottalent.
“America’s Got Talent” video submissions will be accepted on MySpace starting May 1 through May 11. The show’s producers will review submissions and selected participants will take part in an audition show dedicated solely to MySpace submissions. Contestants will compete for slots in the semi-finals and finals. All of the acts will be eligible for the $1 million grand prize.
New this season on “America’s Got Talent,” the multi-talented entertainer/producer and comedian Nick Cannon joins as host. The show will continue to be presided over by the explosive combination of celebrity judges David Hasselhoff, Sharon Osbourne and Piers Morgan.
With the talent search open to acts of all ages, “America’s Got Talent” has brought the variety format back to the forefront of American culture by showcasing performers from across the country. The series is a true celebration of the American spirit featuring a colorful array of hopeful singers, dancers, comedians, contortionists, impressionists, jugglers, magicians and ventriloquists, all vying for their chance to strut and perform on stage hoping to win America’s hearts — and the $1 million prize.
Third-season winner Neal E. Boyd, an insurance salesman with dreams of becoming a professional opera singer, had his life changed forever last August when he was crowned the champion. Not only did he win the $1 million grand prize, but he also received the opportunity to perform at the MGM Grand on the Las Vegas strip.
Second-season winner, Terry Fator, a ventriloquist from Dallas, Texas, achieved his lifelong dream when he signed a five-year $100 million deal to headline at the Mirage in Las Vegas. He currently performs five nights a week in The Terry Fator Theatre.
“America’s Got Talent” is produced by FremantleMedia North America and Simon Cowell’s SYCO Televison. Cowell, Cecile Frot-Coutaz (”American Idol”), Jason Raff (”Three Wishes”), and Scott St. John (”Deal or No Deal”) are executive producers. FremantleMedia Enterprises is the brand extension arm of FremantleMedia and comprises global licensing, distribution, home entertainment and interactive operations.

Apparently people have been making fake profiles on various social sites claiming to be The Hills star and she’s decided that its finally time to clear the air by way of her MySpace blog.
A lot of people ask me if I have a Facebook, Twitter,Friendster or Bebo. I do NOT have one. I have heard there are some fake ones for me, but it’s not really me. I do NOT have a private MySpace profile either. This is my only profile for MySpace. I only have a Website and this MySpace profile. Sorry if you have been fooled by fakers. Please spread the word. 1. She’s Not Pregnant
I think everyone saw this coming eventually, but I’m pretty sure nobody thought she’d come out and immediately admit to not being pregnant. Usually, you’re supposed to give the lie a little bit of time to marinate and take on a life of its own, but then again usually the lie doesn’t come directly from you either. Regardless of how was supposed to go, this is how it went, and you can check out her myspace blog post, letting everyone know that she’s not prego and that she just wants attention.
2. Supposedly Starting Her Own Show
Recently, Monica “Danger” Leon posted a blog informing her fans that she’s starting a project to find what effects the media can have on a persons life. What’s the twist? Well she’ll be casting you to talk about the effect that the media has had on HER life, so if you’ve seen all the stuff recently said about her…ahhh forget just read her blog post below.
I am looking for opinionated people. I would like to do something special on film and I am not only looking for actors, I am looking for people who have been watching “For the Love of Ray J” reading the news reports, blogs, and listening to the radio reports on “Danger” aka Monica Leon. So if you are interested in coming in for an audition in the Los Angeles Area, and speak openly negatively and positively about me. I welcome you with open arms to be immortilized in film. I will be posting more info on this project. I am going to create a myspace group so if you are interested send me a message or join my group. You can also send video auditions via youtube. My youtube channel is monicaakadanger, be candid be raw be real. If you have something bad to say, say it, if you have something nice to say, say it.
I love you all,
Monica

3. Has She Posed Nude? YES!
If you’ve been watching For The Love Of Ray J and you probably thought to yourself, “Danger’s kind of cute. I wonder what she looks like naked.” You don’t have to own up to thinking, but I’m sure you have. After all, you’re here reading this, aren’t you? These pictures are NSFW and once you click the link you’ll be taken directly too them so keep the kiddies out of the room.

Sinceer from Flavor of Love 3 tells you how to get on a reality show

A lot of people would love to know what it takes to get chosen to be on a reality show (and no, it’s not by leaving comments on Reality Roll Call, saying how much you want to be on a show). It takes a special person to be one of the chosen few to take a shot at fame and/or notoriety. Sinceer from Flavor of Love 3 gives a few hints on her MySpace blog:
I get tons of questions about how I got on a reality show, and how do you look for casting calls. I used to wonder that myself so, I’m writing this blog to help those who want to audition for a reality show. First off be you and keep it 100% , everybody is different and you’re more likely to stand out being you then trying to be something you’re not (remember not every show is looking for your personality and that’s fine, because there are tons of reality shows these days). Meet the new Bad Girls Club cast on MySpace

Season Three Premieres Tuesday, December 2 at 10PM ET/PT
New York – November 20, 2008 – Fans of Oxygen’s hit original series “Bad Girl’s Club” will have a unique opportunity to “meet” the show’s newest cast members on MySpace throughout the week leading up to the season three premiere. Beginning Tuesday, November 25, Oxygen will kick off a special week-long “Bad Girl’s Club First Look” at www.myspace.com/the-channel revealing one girl per day through exclusive audition clips.
From Bunim-Murray Productions, the groundbreaking producers of “The Real World,” “The Bad Girls Club” brings together seven hot-tempered, self-admittedly “bad” girls, who have issues ranging from anger and trust to jealousy and control, to live together in a beautiful Los Angeles mansion and hopefully inspire each other to make positive changes.
Following is a brief introduction to this season’s cast:
Ailea – 21: Ailea is feisty and rich-a big fish in the small sea that is Buford, Georgia. Her family spares no expense when it comes to providing her with the finer things in life. She is extremely spoiled and prone to temper tantrums on the rare occasions when she does not get her way. Ailea constantly hooks up with guys she meets online because she’s not satisfied with the men Buford has to offer and loves to role-play. Ailea loves to stir up trouble and the best part is, she never gets caught.
Amber B. -23: Amber believes she is the most attractive girl in Pittsburgh. She is ultra competitive, and does not want any girl to be “prettier, smarter or wittier” than her. She says that her boobs are her best trait. Amber’s relationships are always up and down roller coasters. She rarely gets along with other women and has major trust issues due to her parents divorcing when she was young. She owns two cell phones to help her juggle the multiple guys she’s dating. She likes porn, strip clubs, and making “home movies.”
Amber M. – 25: Raised as a Jehovah’s Witness in little known Montevideo, Minnesota, Amber grew up poor and sheltered. At an early age, Amber realized this restricted lifestyle was not for her and began to rebel. Other women have issues with her because she’s always acting ditzy and stealing the spotlight. Amber lives her life focused on fun, sexual escapades and insulting other females without considering the consequences.
Kayla – 23: Accustomed to fending for herself, Kayla is a born hustler who’s resorted to everything from phone sex to sugar daddies to help pay the bills. Despite being street smart and resourceful, Kayla just can’t seem to stay out of trouble. Coming from a rocky childhood in South Los Angeles, Kayla constantly believes that people are out to get her. She admits to having two personalities and you never know which one you are going to get.
Sarah - 23: Born and raised in Wisconsin, Sarah does not share the conservative morals of most rural Midwesterners. Married by 19 and divorced by 21, Sarah has spent the last several years making up for lost time, indulging in countless nights of drinking, partying and promiscuous sex. She recently posed for an online edition of Playboy and dreams of becoming a Playmate.
Tiffany – 24: Hailing from the South Side of Chicago, Tiffany spent much of her childhood in a rough neighborhood known as “the wild 100’s.” She is unemployed, and largely supported by various sugar daddies in her life. She likes to date “shady” guys ~ but what she really goes for is a black man with “swagger.” Tiffany is the type of girl who will give you the shirt off her back, but if disrespected- things will get ugly.
Whitney- 21: When asked to define what it means to be a “Boston Girl,” Whitney cheerfully replies, “Go f**k yourself! That’s what it means.” Although her in-your-face attitude certainly has a lot to do with pride in her city, Whitney has other reasons for growing a thick skin- she was raised in the projects of Boston. Whitney has a temper and loves to raise her voice. In Whitney’s mind, she is right no matter what.
The Hoff is So Big He’s Got His Own Social Network

Take that, Tom from MySpace! Actor, singer and America’s Got Talent judge David Hasselhoff was a little hassled at the way MySpace operates and he has started his own social network on his website, DavidHasselhoff.com. Here is the note on his MySpace page:
Hi Guys! I have started my own social network and website. HoffSpace, located at www.davidhasselhoff.com. This is my new and official home. I won’t be interacting much more on MySpace, so come on over and join the fun on HoffSpace. It’s fun and safe. Peace,
David
At this point, there are over 12,000 people at HOFFSPACE, a much lower number that the over 600,000 friends he has on MySpace, but that’s not the point. To me, the point is that everyone knows that MySpace is like a restaurant that is too popular for it’s own good. It’s always crowded, it’s too noisy, service is slow, and you’re never quite sure if you’re going to catch a virus because you went there. I’m glad to see that people who have enough money to offer a better social site to their fans are doing it. This is a smart move.
Big Brother 10 House Guests MySpace/FaceBook Pages

As the seasons of Big Brother progress we begin to grow accustomed to seeing the house guest everyday, if you have the live feeds. So when each week someone inevitably gets evicted from the BB house, we have to go through withdrawal. I imagine its similar to the feeling the paparazzi get when Lilo or Britney go into rehab. But now Big Brother fans won’t have to go through that withdrawal, because even after your favorite house guest is evicted you can continue to virtually stalk them via their FaceBook or MySpace page!
Don’t worry, if your favorite house guest doesn’t have MySpace page yet I’m sure they’ll create one when they leave the Big Brother or jury house, and we’ll be here to give it to you when they do. For now, we’ll post fan pages of those that don’t have personal pages.
