Nick Bollea, son of pro wrestler Hulk Hogan and brother of reality show star Brooke Hogan was release from jail after serviing 166 days of an eight month sentence for felony reckless driving in an accident that left his friend John Graziano with permanently life-altering injuries. Nick was released almost three months early for good behavior. According to a statement from the publicist of his mother, Linda Bollea:

“This is our time as a family to come together to support Nick’s adjustment back into the public life, keeping it as normal as possible,” she said. “Neither Nick, nor we as a family, has any interest in making this anything but private. We respect the media’s role and only ask that they respect our privacy. Nick went into prison as a juvenile and has experienced something that will mold and affect him for the rest of his adult life. His focus is to make a positive difference in this world, media-free. Since his future actions will speak louder than any words, there is no need to speak to the media at this time.”

We look forward to seeing all of his private future actions which demonstrate his new-found maturity, on the reality show he was planning with his father, “The New Nick”.

Jack Osbourne has been shooting footage for a reality show that will show viewers what it is like to be in the big house. Why use him when all you have to do is tape Nick Bollea? Anyway, the show, called Prisoner X will be shown in the UK, and will have different celebrities spending time as an inmate. Jack, who starred in the MTV reality show The Osbournes, did his stint in Shelby County Jail in Alabama.

I still think they could have saved money with Nick Bollea.

A lot more time and energy in the media is spent reporting on the douchebaggery of the Hogan Family than on the actual person suffering. This is a video that has been released of John Graziano, who was critically injured in a car accident in which Nick Bollea was driving.

Warning: This video displays graphic images which may be disturbing to some people.

John Graziano’s Brother’s Threatening Phone Calls to Hulk Hogan

According to TMZ.com, John Graziano’s brother has been leaving threatening phone calls on Hulk Hogan’s voicemail. John Graziano was injured in a car wreck that occured when Hogan’s son Nick Bollea was drag racing in the rain in Clearwater, FL last summer. The accident left the war veteran in a comatose state, with permanent brain damage.

Bollea is currently serving an 8 month term for criminal charges related to the accident: reckless driving resulting in serious physical injury, using a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony, being a driver under 21 operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.02% or higher and having illegal window tinting. Nick had been seen purchasing 5 cases of beer with his father earlier in the day the accident occurred. Two hours after the crash Nick’s blood alcohol level was tested at 0.055%.

The Hogan’s made headlines recently when tapes were released of a conversation that they had with Nick in prison. In the tapes, Nick’s parents seemed to blame Graziano for being in his condition because God was punishing him for something. Nick suggests it’s because it was because he was, “a negative person.” And Nick’s mother Linda, goes on a rant where she pronounces that her suffering is greater than Graziano’s mother. Later, Hulk is heard talking with his son about developing a reality show called, “The New Nick.” The Hogan Family starred for three season’s in the reality show Hogan Knows Best. The next season of the show is supposed to be all about daughter Brooke, as she pursues her “singing career”, and goes to college. Hulk Hogan is currently the co-host of American Gladiators.

To hear the tape of Graziano’s brother, which sounds like The Jerky Boys imitating Darth Vader, click here. It sounds like he was using some type of voice changing device.

Brooke Hogan Shares Thoughts About Her Own Recent Crash

May 26, 2008 by Faith W

Brooke Hogan was involved in a car accident yesterday in Pinellas, FL and was not injured. According to police reports, the accident was caused by the other driver involved. In her MySpace blog, Brooke credits her brother Nick and his friend John Graziano for saving her life. Nick is currently serving time for the accident he was involved in that left Graziano with permanent brain damage and in a coma.

The blog has since been taken down by Brooke, but thank goodness for Trent, who posted it on Pink Is the New Blog.

Here are Brooke’s words:

“Seatbelts saved MY life today…

What happened to my brother and our friend John was horrible and very hard for both of our families. But I truly believe my brother and John saved My life and my best friends life…. I don’t know if you heard, but my friend and I got into a really bad car accident today ourselves… As I turned on my car I clicked my seatbelt. As we pulled out onto the road, I looked over and realized my friend didn’t have her seatbelt on. I reminded her to put it on and the minute she clicked it, a car crashed into us. It was a horrible car accident, one that most would be severely hurt in, but we had our seatbelts on and they kept us in tight. I have to thank my brother and my best friend John for teaching me an important lesson that saved our lives.

I know that because my family is under a microscope, the turn of unfortunate events are magnified and seem like they just keep on coming…And having everyone watching and commenting on our life is extremely hard. If I could stop it I would because it feels terrible. We try to stay away from it but can’t help that its shoved in our faces. So please, if youre a supporter, please spread the good around cause its nice to have friends when things go awry. And for the haters, Im sure we’re not the only ones you’re hurting. I would hope people are never this mean to you because it makes things so much harder……You’re human and so are we. Nothing different.

God Bless

~~~Hey this is Brookes friend and passenger, I just wanted to say that Brooke basically saved my life by making me wear my seat belt ….She is such a great friend and a good person! You all should know that! check out what I have to say on my MySpace… I’m on her top friends : La♥La ”
Hulk Hogan Being Sued Over Son’s Car Accident
Terry Bollea, who goes by the more familiar name of Hulk Hogan, is being sued by the family of the young man who was tragically injured in a car accident caused by his son, Nick.
Nick Bollea was in a car accident last fall in which his passenger, friend John Graziano suffered permanent brain damage. Authorities in Clearwater, Florida, where the accident occurred, found Bollea guilty of reckless driving. The accident was caused when Hogan’s son chose to race a friend on a street in Clearwater. Nick, who was 17 years old at the time, is well known for racing his cars, both legally and illegally, and has been cited for the resulting moving violations in the past.
The victim’s parents, Edward and Debra Graziano, have not sued for a specific amount, but say that their son will likely need medical care for the rest of his life, due to the brain injuries that he suffered as a result of the unfortunate incident. He is currently hospitalized.
Unfortunately, things have not going very well for Hogan in recent months. The sometime WWE star and host of American Gladiators was recently served with divorce papers by his wife Linda, and his reality show, Hogan Knows Best, will return to VH1 in a revamped version that will follow the career of daughter Brooke.
