Reality show Rock of Love star, and Poison frontman Bret Michaels was named in a lawsuit that charges him and producers Mindless Entertainment with causing almost $400,000 of damage to the house used to film the VH1 show.
The newly constructed house used to film the dating competition show belongs to Ray Sahranavard, who permitted them to use the house for two months, with the agreement that nothing Mindless did during the filming would “cause any type of damage or any integral change to the plaintiff’s.” But apparently, Bret and the girls skanked up the joint to the tune of $378,269. Not only that, but Sahranavard’s lawyers allege that he was led to believe that they had an insurance policy to cover the damages, which was not true.
