Scare Tactics Will Be Back in July With New Host Tracy Morgan

Sci-Fi Channel is bringing back their hidden camera reality show, Scare Tactics, and this season’s host will be comedian Tracy Morgan. Are you scared? You shouldn’t be.

Scare Tactics is one of the best prank shows of all time, where a person is set up by their friends and placed in elaborate, yet plausible situations that scare the crap out of them, or at least freak them out real bad. The first season of the show was hosted by former 90210 actress Shannon Doherty, and the second season was hosted by Stephen Baldwin, whose career of late seems to be that of reality show personality. The actor has been on Celebrity Apprentice, The Mole, and Ty Murray’s Celebrity Bull Riding Challenge.

New host Tracy Morgan is a SNL alumnus, and can be seen on NBC’s 30 Rock, with Stephen’s brother, Alex Baldwin.

I think Tracy should host the show as his Brian Fellow character. Can you see it? “Are you scared? Well, you shouldn’t be. I’m Brian Fellow!”

Anyway, Scare Tactics will return July 9 at 10PM on SCI-FI.
