SUPERMODEL MAGGIE REISER GUEST STARS The contestants must prepare a hotel room for supermodel Maggie Reiser according to her list of demands. Next, Joe Zee tells them they are to put together a multi-page fashion layout complete with a photo shoot and supplies from the Elle closet. One of the contestants unleashes on Joe and Anne.

FASHION EMERGENCY 911 The contestants are asked to dress mannequins for Anne using specific fashion points and while some are clearly capable, others fall very short. They are also separated into teams and asked to find a “hidden gem” in town, a place people haven’t discovered yet, and write it up for the magazine. Meanwhile, tensions rise and tempers flare, sending one contestant to the emergency room in an ambulance.

Anne Slowey, Elle’s Fashion Accessories Editor and Joe Zee, Elle’s Creative Director, test the skills of eleven fashionista wannabes who are competing for a junior position at the high profile magazine. The contestants participate in both assistant and editorial challenges to prove they have what it takes to make it in the fashion industry. The first challenge is to make breakfast for Anne, who leaves them literally shaking in their Prada heels. Next, Joe critiques each contestant’s style and sends them to H&M for new work wardrobe but some refuses to change their style risking elimination.

Tyra Banks‘ hit reality competition show, America’s Next Top Model will be giving birth to its first spinoff on the CW. The show, Operation Fabulous, will feature ANTM stars J. Alexander and Jay Manuel, as they tour the country, turning ordinary women into “model” citizens. Get it? “Model citizens”? It’s a play on words…never mind. This is a makeover show, not a competition. The women will get complete overhauls and fashion advise that suits them as individuals.

Anyway, this will be the third fashion-themed reality show on the CW, including their newest, “Stylista”, which debuts on October 22.  All shows are produced by Tyra Banks and Ken Mok.
